Survivors, in addition to her mother, include her husband, Ronald Belyeu; two daughters, Kay Hannah, Middleburg, Pa. and Dawn Hannah, Dover, Del.; and six grandchildren. Cagle Forest Park Marjorie D. Cagle died Monday, June 28, 1999. Mrs. Cagle was the widow of Ralph Morrice Cagle. She was a retired executive secretary for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and was a member of Jones Memorial Methodist Church. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Parkway Garden Chapel. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. Ethel "Bulger" Frost Elberton Ethel Inez "Bulger" Waters Frost, 82, formerly of Calhoun Falls, S.C., died Monday, June 28, 1999. A native of Lowndesville, S.C, Mrs. Frost was a daughter of the late John and Rosa Powell Waters and was the widow of Clark Alexander Frost. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Juanita Ellis. She was retired from the textile industry and was of the Baptist faith. She attended the Abbeville Pentecostal Holiness Church. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hartley Calhoun Falls Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Dalton officiating. Burial will be in Latimer Cemetery. Mr. Hollister was a son of the late Charles and Blanche Ogbert Hollister. He was a member of the Moose Club in Winder and Athens where he was the former ritual chairman in 1998. He was a retired flight engineer serving in the S.A.C. bombers and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean war. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 11 at Smith Funeral Home. Little Athens Jeff Turner Little, 88, of 138 Valleywood Drive died Monday, June 28, 1999. Mr. Little, a native of Franklin County, was the son of the late Neal and Martha Jane (Pattie) Little. He was retired from Georgia Vitrified Brick & Clay Co., Harlem, Georgia, where he served for many years as Plant Manager. He was a former member of the Harlem, Georgia City Council and a Past President of the Harlem Rotary Club who, in 1982, named him a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International. He was a Past Master of Harlem Masonic Lodge #276 and a member of the Athens First United Methodist Church, where he was a member of the Fellowship Class. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Ruth Martin Little; two daughters, Carole L. Partridge, Newark, Delaware, and Rebecca L. Snow, Athens; two sons-in-law, Fletcher W. Partridge, Newark, Delaware, and Ralph M. She was a homemaker and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Douglas. She was a member of the John Floyd Chapter of the National Daughters of the American Revolution.
