A native of Clarke County, Mr. Lester was a son of the late Josie Lester. He was a member of Rhema Christian Fellowship Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Rhema Christian Fellowship with the Rev. Steven B. Hall officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 1 p.m. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Survivors include three nieces, Lillie M. A native of St. Clair County, Ala., Dr. O'Donnell was a son of the late Daniel Jefferson O'Donnell and Irma Wilson O'Donnell. He was retired from the University of Georgia as professor of language education and linguistics after 28 years. He was a member of Athens First United Methodist Church. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Athens First United Methodist Church with Dr. William Britt officiating. Alexander Elberton Rodney Eugene Alexander, 34, of 2459 Blue Hole Road died Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2000. A native of Elbert County, Mr. Alexander was a son of James Alexander and Carolyn Alexander and was a stepson of Johnny Chattin. He attended New Bethel Methodist Church, was a CNA for several years and owned Multi Task Enterprises. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
