A native of Hartwell, Mrs. Watts was a daughter of the late Lester and Myrtie Beggs Hays and was the widow of E.R. Massey. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and the Adult Women's Sunday School Class. She was retired from Coats and Clark after 18 years and was a member of Daughters of the Confederacy. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Whitlock Mortuary. Burial will be in Stephens Memorial Gardens. Survivors include her husband, Jim Watts; two sons, Billy C. He was a reporter and editor with Cocoa Tribune and Orlando Sentinel, was a public information writer with NASA and was editor of NASA's ''Spaceport News.''
