A native of Elbert County, Mr. Adams was a son of Karen Booth Tucker, Elberton, and the late Ronald David Adams Sr. He was a stone polisher in the granite industry and attended Elberton Christian Church. Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Hicks Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Eaton officiating. Burial will be in Elmhurst Cemetery. Survivors, in addition to his mother, include three sisters, Jana West, Kira Adams and Amy Adams, all of Elberton; a brother, Thomas E. Tucker, Elberton; his grandmothers, Mildred Booth, Elberton, and Mary Alice Dickerson, Dewy Rose; and his stepgrandfather, Harold Dickerson, Dewy Rose. Leitch Toccoa David Kirkwood Leitch Jr., 79, of 158 Hayes St. died Thursday, Aug. 3, 2000. A lifelong resident of Stephens County, Mr. Leitch was a son of the late David Sr. and Janet Lindsay Leitch. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and owned and operated D.K. Leitch Plumbing and Heating Co. He was a member of Toccoa First Presbyterian Church and the Men's Sunday School Class. He was a former member of Toccoa Elks Lodge and Toccoa Country Club. He helped form Toccoa Little League and Senior League baseball teams. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Richard Hawks officiating. Burial will be in Stephens Memorial Gardens. Survivors include his wife, Martha Stewart Leitch; a daughter, Debbie Payne, Toccoa; a son, David K. Leitch III, Cumming; a sister, Agnes Latham, Toccoa; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. A native of Stephens County, Mr. Anderson was a son of the late George Manson and Rebecca Ardelia Cash Anderson. He was preceded in death by two sons, Morgan V. Anderson and Leo Verdell Anderson. He was a graduate of Habersham Agriculture and Mechanical School, Clarkesville, and retired from Alto Industrial Institute in 1969. He was a member of Demorest Baptist Church. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Demorest Baptist Church with Dr. Tom Mewborn and the Rev. Reggie Haslett officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 2:30 p.m. Burial will be in Glade Creek Baptist Church cemetery.
