Rosser, 80, died Thursday, April 6, 2000. A native of Hall County, Mrs. Rosser was a daughter of the late Joseph and Emma Spiva Brown. She was a retired school teacher and librarian with degrees from the University of Mississippi and the University of Georgia. She was a member of the AARP and Clarkesville United Methodist Church where she served as a Sunday School teacher for 24 years. Services were held Saturday at Whitfield Funeral Home, Demorest.
