Allen Martinez Cecil C. Allen, 86, formerly of Americus, died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2000. A native of Madison County, Mr. Allen was a farmer and justice of the peace. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Americus, and was a former poll manager for Huntington Community Board of Elections. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Moons Grove Baptist Church, Danielsville, with the Rev. Dan Fuller officiating.
