A native of Maywood, Ill., Mr. Perry was a son of the late Thomas Gordon and Louise Waddell Perry Sr. He had lived the last 15 years in Habersham County and was retired from Georgia Power Company with 50 years of service. He was an army veteran, and was a member of Morning Side Masonic Lodge 295, the Shriners, Sons of the American Revolution and the Ambassadors of Power of Georgia Power Company. He was a deacon and elder of Cornelia First Presbyterian Church. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Cornelia First Presbyterian Church with the Revs. Blaine Waker and Richard Scoggins officiating. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Pilot Club, Martin Baptist Church and the Ladies Sunday School Class.
