She was a bookkeeper for Denard-Moore Construction and B&M Construction. She was born in Wilkes County, lived there most of her life, and was a member of the Fishing Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Denard was preceded in death by her daughter, Possie Ann Denard; she was the daughter of the late David Sidney Danner and Fannie House Danner; she is survived by her husband, Odian A.
