Saylors, 75, of 1110 Cawthon Road, died Saturday, June 10, 2000. A native of Franklin County, Mr. Saylors was a son of the late John C. and Carrie Allen Saylors. He was a retired construction worker and served in the U.S. army. He was of the Baptist faith. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Pruitt Funeral Home, Royston, with the Revs. Eldon Massey and Johnny Stowe officiating. Burial will be in Nancy Hart Memorial Park. Survivors include his wife, Genese Sims Saylors; a stepdaughter, Patricia Ann Johnston, Athens; a stepson, Toylee Fowler, Lavonia; three sisters, Carolyn Bentley and Mary Ellen Saylors, both of Canon, and Betty Rabun, Loganville; a grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
