A native of Clarke County, Mrs. Milner was a daughter of the late Willie and Rosa Hitchcock. She was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church where she served on the usher board. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Hull, with the Revs. Kenneth Elder, George Maxwell, Service Hurst and Sidney Walters officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, James C. Milner; a daughter, Audrey Smith, Athens; two sons, James H. Milner and Samuel E. Milner, both of Athens; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be the Deacons of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church. The family is at the residence and will receive friends from 12-7 p.m. today. Winfrey's Mutual Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. A native of Habersham County, Mr. Loudermilk was a son of the late Ed and Amanda Jane Holbrooks Loudermilk. He was retired from civil service work, was a World War II Army veteran, was a member of the V.F.W. and was of the Baptist faith. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Acree-Davis Funeral Home, Toccoa, with the Rev. Gordon Rhoden officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Baptist Church cemetery with the V.F.W. Post 4346 officiating. Survivors include his wife, Marie Mashburn Loudermilk; a daughter, Janice Rhoden, Woodstock; two granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren. A native of Ware County, Mr. McGaha was a son of the late Roscoe S. and Annie Maude Jackson McGaha. He was employed with the General Times, was an Air Force veteran and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Fowler was the daughter of the late Mr. Howell H. and Mattie Sue Bridges Fitzpatrick. She was the widow of the late Mr. Edward Odell Fowler. She was a member of the Oconee Street United Methodist Church and was employed by F.W. Plumbing Company as a bookkeeper for a number of years. Mrs. Fowler is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Hazel and Neil Witcher of Athens, Georgia; three grandchildren, Eddie Witcher, Richard Witcher, and Amanda Parker, all of Athens, Georgia; 10 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Bridges Funeral Home on Saturday, March 11, from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the Bridges Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, March 12 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Leon Pass officiating with Doyle Cronic and Dr. Kenneth Easom assisting. Interment will follow in Buchanan Cemetery. Bridges Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
