Mr. Milner was the widower of Geraldine Milner. He was retired and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Mount Zion Baptist Church, Madison County, with the Rev. Service Hurst officiating. They body will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Survivors include a daughter, Audrey M.
