                                Harold Beck
                                  Toccoa 
                                      
        Harold Beck, 72, of Rock Quarry Circle died Thursday, May 11,
     2000.
        A native of Stephens County, Mr. Beck was a son of the late W.D.
     and Emma Bentley Beck. He was retired from Toccoa Casket Co. after
     50 years.
        Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Acree-Davis Funeral Home
     with the Rev. Edward Hood officiating. Burial will be in Zebulon
     Baptist Church cemetery.
        Survivors include an aunt, Maybelle Simpson, Toccoa; and
     cousins.
        The family is at the residence of Mary Lou Simpson.

        Anna Young King, 80, of 133 Richard Lane died Sunday, May 7,
     2000.
        Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Friendship Baptist Church,
     Crawfordville, with the Rev. Lamar Davenport officiating. Burial
     will be in the church cemetery.
        Survivors include two sons, Harry King and James Johnson; and
     two sisters, Inez Young and Martha Jones.
        McLendon Memorial Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.

                            Lora Jennens Fowler
                                 Braselton 
                                      
        Lora Jennens Fowler, 70, of 291 Lakeshore Drive died Thursday,
     May 11, 2000.
        A native of Cherokee County, Mrs. Fowler was a daughter of the
     late Grady Jennens and Willie Mae Anderson and was the widow of
     William Fowler. She was a homemaker and was a member of Zion
     Baptist Church.
        Services will be at 4 p.m. today at Zion Baptist Church with the
     Rev. Mike Phillips officiating. Burial will be in the church
     cemetery.
        Survivors include two daughters, Lavern Burks, Braselton, and
     Wanda LaFauvre, Kissimmee, Fla.; three sisters, Mae Steerman,
     Manchester, Jean Davis and Betty Waters, both of Gillsville; two
     brothers, Alfred Jennens, Okeechobee, Fla., and John L. Jennens,
     Ila.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
        Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, has charge of arrangements.
