McDuffie Baldwin Howard H. ''Mac'', ''Pop'' McDuffie, 62, of McDuffie Drive died Thursday, July 13, 2000. A native of Habersham County, Mr. McDuffie was a son of Helen Myers McDuffie, Baldwin, and the late Clarence McDuffie and was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon McDuffie and a son, David McDuffie. He was a six year certified firefighter and helped establish Baldwin Fire Department. He was a former policeman for the City of Baldwin and the Clarkesville Police Department. He was retired from Shannon Trucking with 30 years of service. He was a musician and attended Good News Baptist Church. He was a member of Baldwin Baptist Church. Services will be at 4 p.m. today at Whitfield Funeral Home, Baldwin, with the Revs. Austin Kelley and Terry Rice officiating. Burial will be in Baldwin City Cemetery with the Rev. Luther Williams officiating.
