A native of Hampton, S.C., Mr. Hutto was a son of the late Clayton and Mary Williams Hutto, and was the widower of Lurline Jones Hutto. He was a retired mechanic and welder and was a World War II Army veteran. He was of the Baptist faith. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Brown's Funeral Home with the Revs. David McDonald and James Creason officiating. Burial will be in Danielsville Memorial Gardens. Survivors include a stepdaughter, Dinnie Mildred Perdue, Danielsville; two stepsons, Albert Milton Thomas and Milford Alvin Thomas, both of Danielsville; three sisters, Verma Metts, Chapin, S.C., Marie Derrick, Swansea, S.C., and Dorothy Margie Neese, Gaston, West Columbia, S.C.; a brother, Richard A. A native of Gwinnett County, Mrs. Elrod was a daughter of the late Qillion and Hassie Nations Cantrell, and was the widow of Marvin Odell Elrod. She was retired from Commerce Poultry and was a member of Freedom Church of God. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Freedom Church of God, Commerce, with the Revs. Tim Garrett, Curtis Hammon and Lamar Hansard officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Glade Baptist Church with the Revs. George Ornsbee and Doug Ivey officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in the Glade Cemetery.
