A native of Oconee County, Mr. Fulcher was a son of the late Pat and Marcella Hale Fulcher and was the widower of Mildred Doster Fulcher. He was a veteran of World War II and was a member of General Patton's Occupational Forces after the war in Germany. He was in the boarding home business in Atlanta and was a businessman in Waycross, each for 20 years. He was in the used car business in both Atlanta and Waycross until his death. Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in Evergreen Memorial Park. Survivors include nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
