A native of Blissfield, Mich., Mr. Berg was a son of the late Robert Andrew and Marie Schillmat Berg. He was a farmer and attended the First Alliance Church of Toccoa. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Paul Stacey officiating. Burial will be in Stephens Memorial Gardens. A native of Elbert County, Mrs. Brown was a daughter of the late John Daniel Scoggins and Vicie Smith Scoggins and was the widow of John Emory Brown. She was preceded in death by a son, John Douglas Brown. She was retired from Elbert Memorial Hospital where she worked as a certified nursing assistant. She was a member of Deep Creek Baptist Church.
