A native of Stephens County, Mrs. McCrackin was a daughter of the late Washington and Martha Sisk Clark and was the widow of Calloway McCrackin. She was preceded in death by a son, Frank McCrackin. She was of the Baptist faith. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Rev. Sanford Kimbrell officiating. Burial will be in Hazel Creek Baptist Church cemetery. Survivors include a daughter, Emily Pritchett, Toccoa; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Mr. Cook was a son of Ruth Bell Cook, Chamblee, and the late Harold Cook. He was a graduate of Florida Bible College and the University of Georgia. He was employed as a paralegal for Shinall and Felt, P.A., Athens, and was a former Statham City council member. He was a door keeper for the Georgia House or Representatives. He was an eagle scout and received the God and Country Award and attended the World Scout Jamboree. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Smith Funeral Home, Winder, with the Revs. Jim Carpenter, Jimmy Cook and Alan Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens.
