A native of Greene County, Mr. Malcom was a son of the late William P. Malcom and Annie Lou Clotfelter. He worked for General Motors in Atlanta and had previously worked for the Georgia Railroad. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Greshamville. Services will be at 11 a.m. today in Greshamville Cemetery with the Revs. Mike Pritchett and Ann Fletcher officiating. Survivors include a sister, Ruth Innucci, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and a brother, Jack Malcom, Greshamville. OBITUARIES Story last updated at 10:07 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2000 Mary Jane Whitehead Stowe Hilsman Griffin Mary Jane Whitehead Stowe Hilsman, age 92 of Griffin passed away November 20, 2000 at Brightmoor Nursing Center, Griffin, GA. She was born January 12, 1908 in Oconee County and was the daughter of the late Joseph Clark Whitehead and Susie Malcolm Whitehead. She was a lifelong member of Rays United Methodist Church and a member of the U.M.W. Missionary Society. She was retired from Coastal States Life Insurance Co. in Athens and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday in Rays United Methodist Church. The Rev. Bob Murphy will officiate. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The remains will be placed in the church at 2:00 p.m. and the family will receive friends from 2 until 3 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Surviving are a daughter and son in law: Carole Stowe Nordan and Robert Nordan, Sr. of Griffin; a son and daughter in law: Joseph Warren Stowe and LaWanda Stowe of Lakeland, FL; grandchildren: Robert Nordan, Jr. and Janet Nordan, Mark Nordan, Elizabeth N.
