A native of Macon, Mr. Arrington was a son of the late William S. and Kathleen James Arrington Sr. He was retired from Sutton Hardware, was an Air Force veteran retired from Robins Air Force Base as a liaison officer and distribution director and was a member of Lizella Baptist Church.
