A native of Banks County, Mr. Wilmot was a son of the late Lam J. and Amanda Jordan Wilmot, and was the widower of Kate Wheeler Wilmot. He was employed with WABCO and Duke Power Company, and was a member of Toccoa Masonic Lodge 309. He was a deacon and former Sunday school teacher at Rock Creek Baptist Church. Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Rock Creek Baptist Church with the Revs. Leon Miller, Crate Murphy and Mr. Clarence Davis officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Stancil and Analyn Branan, both of Toccoa; four sons, Charles Wilmot, Gainesville, Donald Wilmot, Lawrenceville, Bobby Wilmot, Loganville, and Clark Wilmot, Westminster, S.C.; two sisters, Grace Williams, Toccoa, and Mary Steele, Daytona Beach, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Derrell Wilmot, Mark Wilmot, Phil Crumpton, Stanley Wilmot, Quenton Wilmot, Herman Wilmot, Emory Williams and Gerald Wilmot. A native of Lumpkin County, Mr. Burns was a son of the late Frank and Mabel Shedd Burns. He was a retired sales representative for Greeson Motors and was a member of Winder First Baptist Church. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Carter Funeral Home with the Rev. John Talley officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Miriam Burns; two stepsons, J.
