Brown Hartwell Mary E. Brown, 67, died Wednesday, May 2, 2001. A native of Rockdale, Texas, Mrs. Brown was a daughter of the late Samuel C. Daniels and Mary Scott Daniels. She was a former resident of Oconee County and was a retired waitress. Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. today at Arthur Bowick's Oconee Chapel, Watkinsville, with the Rev. Carlton Shelton officiating. The remains will be cremated and a private burial will be held in Texas.
