She was a retired school teacher in the Hart County Public School System and a member of Flat Rock C.M.E. Church. She was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Iota Psi Omega Chapter, Bon Bon Social and Civic Club, Georgia Retired Teachers Association, A.A.R.P. and many organizations in her church. Born in Phoebus, Mrs. Kyle lived there for 77 years. She was a member of Phoebus United Methodist Church, a longtime Sunday School teacher and an active member of the United Methodist Women. She had worked for Honeywell Industries at Langley Air Force Base and was a member of the Chesapeake Lady Lions Club. Ten years ago, she moved to Magnolia Estates of Winder, Ga., living there until recently residing with her daughter in Comer, Ga. Mrs. Kyle is survived by her son, William F. Kyle of Hampton; her daughter Lynn Kyle Norman and her husband Ernest, of Comer, Ga. formerly of Atlanta; and three grandchildren, Gregory Kyle of Denver, Colo., Melanie M. Norman and Valerie K.
