A native of Habersham County, Mr. Honea was a son of the late Grady and Maudie Honea. He was an army veteran and a retired iron worker. Services will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Kenneth Moon officiating. Burial will be in Stephens Memorial Gardens. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Johnson Honea; two daughters, Cathey Zeniecki and Debbie Reinhardt, both of Milwaukee, Wis.; two sons, Tommy Honea and David Honea, both of Milwaukee, Wis.; two sisters, Lois Stowe and Linda Moore, both of Toccoa; two brothers, Charles Honea, Carnesville, and Bobby Ray Honea, Eastanollee; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. He was a World War II veteran who served in Hawaii, Japan and the Philippines, was retired from Texaco in 1981 and sold produce for a number of years.
