Nancy was a native of Athens, and a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Athens. She attended the University of Georgia and was a faithful member and supporter of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. Mrs. Turner gave much of her time through her membership on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Museum of Art and also served as a member of the Athens Junior Assembly. Her family and friends gladly recall her as a lady of benevolent generosity, gracious hospitality and thoughtful good will. Memorial contributions may be sent to Eagle Ranch, P.O.
