A native of Williamstown, Mass., Mr. Blair was a son of the late Lester Pease Blair and Rose Marilla Whitman Blair and was the widower of Vivian Mae Blair. He was retired as foreman from General Electric Co. and was a woodworker and craftsman. He was a member of Oostanaula Lodge No. 113, Yaarab Shrine Temple and Rome Shrine Club. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Daniel's Funeral Home, Rome, with the Rev. Marvin Faile officiating. Burial will be in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens with Oostanaula Lodge No. 113 in charge of Masonic graveside rites.
