Dolly A. Wright, 83, died Friday, Jan. 19, 2001. Formerly of Cornelia, Mrs. Wright was a daughter of the late Robert M. and Ada Long Wright, and was the widow of John D. Wright. She was retired from Fieldale Corporation and was of the Baptist faith. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Funeral Home, Cornelia, with the Rev. Paul Wright officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Baptist Church cemetery. Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Wagner, Cornelia, and Beverly Houston, Wichita, Kan.; two sons, Bill Wright, Demorest, and Mike Wright, Murrayville; a brother, Thomas Wright, Dallas, Texas; 21 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren. The family is at the home of Bill Wright, 1207 Jim Thomas Road, Demorest, ad will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A native of the Philippines, Dr. Erfe was a son of the late Ambrosio and Rosaio Mercado Erfe. He was an Athens resident for 30 years and was a retired emergency room doctor at Athens Regional Medical Center. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Services will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Joy Nellissery officiating. Burial will be in San Fabian Cemetery, the Philippines. Survivors include four sisters, Pacencia Verzosa, Gloria Mendoza, Vicente Erfe and Patro Erfe, all of the Philippines. Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at Bridges Funeral Home. He was a World War II army veteran and was retired from Georgia Feed and Hatchery and the Royal Crown Bottling Company. He was a member of Woodman of the World and Stinchcomb United Methodist Church. Mr. William Garner Dove, 56, of 2442 Dovetown Road, Royston, Ga., died Saturday, January 20, 2001 at Athens Heritage Home in Athens, Ga. Mr. Dove was born in Franklin County, Georgia, April 29, 1944, son of Edna Ray Dove of Royston, Ga. and the late Rev. Hoyt Garner Dove. Mr. Dove was retired from Monroe Auto Equipment and employed with ConAgra as a poultry farmer. He was a member of New Hope Worship Center. Survivors include his wife, Judy Rice Dove, Royston, Ga.; sons and daughter-in-law, Randy and Alice Dove and Brent Dove, all of Royston, Ga.; daughter and son-in-law, Christy and Walt Myers, Royston, Ga.; grandchildren, Anna Elizabeth Dove, Ross Garner Dove, Brandon Franklin Myers and Jonathan Hoyt Myers, all of Royston, Ga.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ray and Becky Dove, Danielsville, Ga., and Oral and Judy Dove, Athens, Ga.; sisters and brothers-in-law, Marlene and Omer Lee Carey, Royston, Ga., Francis and Edward Hicks, Hartwell, Ga., and Joan and Buford Lockman and Rita and John Ingham, all of Athens, Ga.
