A native of Newton County, Mrs. Daniel was a daughter of the late Minnie Gray King and Edward Lee King and was the widow of William Tom Daniel. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Jackson County Senior Citizens, Happy Day Club, and Sunshine Sunday School class. She was a member of Bethany Methodist Church. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Evans Funeral Home with the Revs. Hulon Hill, Henry Webb, and Mike Willard officiating. Survivors include two daughters, Elaine Daniel Potts, Center, and Bebe Daniel Wells, Winder; a son, Tom King Daniel, Jasper; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
