Services will be at 12:30 p.m. today at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Joy Nellissery officiating. Burial will be in Oconee Hill Cemetery officiating. A number of cousins and a multitude of friends survive. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-noon today at Bernstein Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Lane Bailey Moon. She was a former employee of Hartwell Mills and a homemaker. She was a member of Oak Bower Baptist Church where she was a former Sunday school teacher and past president of WMU. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Oak Bower Baptist Church with the Revs. Randy Perry and Ray Black officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include a son, Ralph Edgar Bailey, Ft.
