OBITUARIES Story last updated at 9:26 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28, 2001 Allen Wigley Dahlonega Mr. Allen Wigley, age 79, of 781 Homer Edwards Rd., Dahlonega, Georgia, died Monday, March 26, 2001, at the Gold City Community Living Center in Dahlonega, Georgia, following a period of declining health. A Barrow County native, Mr. Wigley had lived most of his life in Lumpkin County. He was the son of the late Frank and Millie Brady Wigley. Mr. Wigley was a farmer, having worked with Folger's Poultry Farm and retiring from Fieldale Farms. Mr. Wigley was an ordained Minister and was a member of the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Annie Kate Edwards Wigley.
