A native of Ashburn, Mrs. Smith was a daughter of the late Solomon Oscar and Liza Anna McCorvey, and was the widow of Henry A. Smith. She and her husband co-operated the Western Union Telegraph offices in Cornelia and Toccoa. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Cornelia where she attended the Volunteer Sunday School Class and was a member of W.M.U. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Cornelia with Drs. T. Logan Smith, Truett Gannon and Bradley Courtney officiating. Burial will be in Yonah Memorial Gardens. Survivors include a daughter, Ann Smith McSchaffrey, New Jersey; a son, Henry A.M.
