Bradley Dies Saturday In Hospital Here George Daniel Bradley, well known Winterville resident, died in a hospital here Saturday morning at 9:40 o’clock after an illness of several days. Mr. Bradley was 55 years old. Services are to be held Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock from Bernstein Funeral Home chapel. The Rev. W. T. Greenway, pastor of Winterville Methodist church, officiating. Burial will be in the cemetery at Colbert, Richard D. Bradley, Carl Bradley, R. T. Cummings, Marvin Bradley, Dewey Brooks and Charles Chastain serving as pallbearers. Mr. Bradley is survived by two daughters, Mrs. R. T. Cummings, and Mrs. Fred Brooks, both of Winterville; three sons Richard Bradley, Asheville, N. C. and Carl Bradley, Charleston, S. C. and Bud Howell Bradley, U. S. Army, three sisters, Mrs. Richard Seagraves, Hull, Mrs. Charlie Scott, Danielsville, and Mrs. Walter Nash, Kannapolis, N. C., brother J. F. Bradley, Winterville and ten grandchildren. A native of Madison county, Mr. Bradley had been a resident of Winterville nearly all of his life. He was one of this section’s most popular citizens being widely known and admired by all with whom he came in contact.
