OBITUARY OF LUCIOUS D. BREWER

LUCIOUS BREWER 

BOGART – Mr. Lucious D. Brewer, 82, a retired farmer from Bogart, died this 
morning after an illness of six weeks.  A native of Madison County, he had 
lived in Clarke for 40 years. 

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Leila Mae Brewer of Bogart; two step-sons, 
William C. Sosbee and Lewis Dorsey Sosbee, both of Bogart; and several nieces 
and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the chapel of 
McDorman’s Funeral Home, with the Rev. E. L. Anthony and the Rev. Luther 
Fouche officiating. Burial will be in the Bogart United Methodist Church 
Cemetery. 

Pallbearers will be Elmer Cheatham, Howard Stewart, Charles Whitehead, Larry 
Thomas, Paul Brewer and Donnie Sosbee.
