OBITUARY OF MRS. M. P. BRISCOE

The funeral of Mrs. M. P. Briscoe, who died Friday night at 10:30, was held at 
Monroe, GA, Sunday, July 18, at 2:20 p.m. at the residence of her brother, Mr. 
John M. Nowell.  The body, accompanied by the family and friends left over the 
Gainesville Midland railroad Sunday morning at 7 o’clock.  The following 
gentlemen were the pall-bearers:  Messers. Ben Crane, Rufus Crane, Arthur 
Latimer, Tom Dozier, Tom Mell, and D. G. Anderson.
