OBITUARY OF TOMMY D. FOUCHE

Fouche, Tommy D. 


Tommy D. Fouche, 57, a resident of the Commerce Road, died Saturday in a local 
hospital following an illness of two months. 

Mr. Fouche was born in Madison County and had lived 21 years in Jackson 
County, where he was a member of Center Methodist Church.  He was the son of 
the late Danand Anna Barber Fouche. 

He was a clerk at Brooks’ Store. 

Survivors include two sons, Eugene Fouche, Bogart, and Edward Fouche, Athesn, 
a Sister, Mrs. Robert Hardigree, Athens, six brothers, Calvin Fouche, Earnest 
Fouche and Luther Fouche, all of Athens, Albert Fouche, Holland Fouche and 
Chandler Fouche, all of Nicholson; a sisterin-law, Mrs. Eva Fouche, 
Nicholson,,  grand daughter, and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. from Center Methodist Church, the 
Rev. Don Clarke officiating.  Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park 
Cemetery. 

Pallbearers:  Virgil Brooks, Roy Whitehead, Dwight Mathews, Robert Potts, 
Robbins Jarrett and Will Pace. 

The body will lie in state in the church for one hour prior to the time of the 
services. The family will be at the residence of Mrs. Robert Hardigree, 565 
Boulevard, Athens. 

McDorman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
