Father Dr. Hamilton Died Here Yesterday

Funeral will be conducted This afternoon at One O'clock at Center, Ga.

Mr. A. S. Hamilton, aged 71, died at the residence, 686 Barber street, this
city, yesterday morning at 8:30 o'clock after a long illness. 
The funeral and interment will occur this afternoon at 1 o'clock at Center, Ga.,
the funeral party to leave the residence at noon today for Center.

Mr. Hamilton, honored and respected by all who knew him, is survived by a
daughter, two sons, many grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  His sons are
Dr. W. T. Hamilton, of Athens, and Mr. J. E. Hamilton, of Waco, Texas.  His
daughter, Mrs. James Kettle, of Center. Mr. Fred H. Hamilton, of this city, is a
grandson.
