Hill Rites Will Be Wednesday
  Mrs. Sarah Hill, of Whitehall, died at the house of a duaghter, Mrs. H.A. 
Staley, in Denton, S.C., Monday afternoon at 4:45 o'clock.  Mrs. Hill was 86 
years old and had been ill for several weeks.
  Services willl be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock from Whitehall 
Baptist Church with the pastor, Rev. Homer Brown, officiating.  Burial will 
follow in Whitehall Cemetery.  Bernstien Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
  Mrs. Hill was the widow of Robert Hill and was a native of Clarke County and 
lifelong resident of Whitehall, where she was a member of the Baptist Church.
  She is survived by two duaghters, Mrs. Staley, and Mrs. E.E. Ledford, 
Whitehall; two sons, George and Charlie Hill, both of Whitehall; two sisters, 
Mrs. Mattie Hill and Mrs. Dora Kent, both of Whitehall, and nine grandchildren.
  The body will lie in state in the church from 2 o'clock until the hour for 
services.
