MRS. ELIZABETH WOOD 
   DEAD AT WHITEHALL

Mrs. Elizabeth Wood, aged seventy-five years, died at her home at Whitehall 
Sunday about 8 o'clock.  The funeral was conducted by Rev. W. M. Saye yesterday 
afternoon at 5 o'clock.  She was consistent member of the Baptist church for 
many years.  She is survived by the following children:  Messrs. Joe Wood, 
Arthur and d. M. Wood and Fred Wood of Nenan, J. H. Wood of Toccoa, Mrs. Polly 
Spence of Calhoun Falls, S.C., Mrs. Anderston Strickland of Whitehall, and Mrs. 
Lizzie Hatchett of Athens.
