Emma L. Fanning, 60, of 436 First St., died Sunday, dec. 27. 

Funeral services will be at 22 a.m. Thursday at Jesus Christ Church of Latter 
Day saints.  Bishop Don Cazier will officiate and burial will be in East Lawn 
Cemetery. 

Survivors include two brothers, Willie Smith, Bronx, N>y>, and Robert Smith, 
Brooklyn, N. Y.; and two sisters, Betty Lou Branch and Nannie Lue Clark, 
Athens. 

Mack and Payne Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
