Mrs. Scoggins 
  Laid to rest

Funeral Held Wednesday Afternoon 
At Residence 
On Peters Street. 

Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the residence on Peters street, was held 
the funeral of Mrs. Harvey Scoggins, who died Tuesday afternoon. 

The funeral  services were impressively conducted by Rev. Ellison D. Stone in 
the presence of a number of friends and relatives and the remains were 
interred in Oconee cemetery.
