LITTLE BABY BOY 
DIES YESTERDAY 

The many friends and relatives of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Smith are saddened to 
hear of the death of their baby boy  (son of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Smith) which 
occurred yesterday afternoon at the home of his parents at 375 Peters street.  
It is indeed and that that one so young in life should be called away by the 
Maker before he understands his purpose in this world. 

Funeral services will occur this afternoon from the Second Baptist church in 
East Athens at 3 o’clock.  Rever and G. W. Wallace will conduct the services 
and the interment will be in the family plot at the Oconee cemetery.
