Wallace is Taken by Death Jesse Green Wallace, 71, died at his residence at the Cord Mill Sunday morning at 3 o'clock after an illness of two weeks. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock at Princeton Methodist church, of which he was a member, conducted by Rev Jack Nichols, pastor and interment was in Princeton cemetery, Bernstein Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pall-bearers were Henry Couch, J. P. Huff, Harry Bradberry, Henry Dottery, Frank Huff and Rolley Hale. Surviving Mr. Wallace are two daughters, Mrs. H. L. Reynolds and Mrs. O. E. Epps, a son, L. C. Wallace;; three sisters, Mrs. Alice Woods, Mrs. Fannye Woods and Mrs. Marsh Pledger and sixteen grandchildren. Mr. Wallace was born at the Cord Mill and had spent his life there. He was a member of Princeton Methodist church and was highly respected in his community. His death brings sorrow to a large circle of friends.
