The wedding was a quiet affair of Saturday morning, November 18, at the bride's home, only the immediate family being present. There were no attendants, the bride and groom entered together and the marriage service was read by Rev. John R. Allen, pastor of the Methodist church of Winterville, Georgia. Mr. and Mrs. Thilenius left during the morning in their car for Atlanta, whence they will make a trip to the middle west and Canada. Upon their return they will be at home with the bride's parents. Mrs. Thilenius is a musician of great talent, having studied at Lucy Cobb and Cincinnati conservatory. She is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Hardeman and a grand-daugther of the late Hon. R. U. Hardeman former state treasurer of Georgia, and Mrs. Eugenia Murrelle Hardeman of Decatur, Georgia. Mr. Thilenius is an authority in his line of business, being southern manager for the Paige Motor Car company of Detroit, Michigan. He is the youngest son of Edward Thilenius and Mrs. Amelia Brandiis Thilenius of Perryville, Missouri.
