Item 1st It is my will that my just debts be paid. Item 2nd I will and bequeath my entire real and personal estate remaining after the payment of said debts including all my manuscripts & papers and including all rights, benefits (?) & ------in action to my daughter Martha W. Lumpkin, in her own right. Item 3rd I appoint and name my said daughter Martha W. Lumpkin Executrix of this my last Will & Testament, hereby revoking all former wills this 18th August 1866. Wilson Lumpkin (seal) Signed, Sealed, Declared & Published by Wilson Lumpkin as his last Will and Testament In presence of us the subscribers who have signed the same as witnesses in the presence of said Testator and of each other this 18th day of August 1866. Lumpkin one of the subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing will of Wilson Lumpkin late of said County Deceased who on oath saith that he saw said Dec'd sign and seal said instrument & heard him acknowledge the same to be his last Will and Testament, that at the time of so doing said Testator was of sound and disposing mind and memory that he affirms Frank Lumpkin and William H. Dorsey (the latter now Dec'd) all signed the said instrument as witnesses in the presence of the Testator and at his request and in the presence of each other.
