Rish, Mrs. Mary Killingsworth, Mrs. L. C. McArthur, Mrs. Martha Richardson & my Grand Daughter Lemmie Rish have in this the day & year aforesaid for & in consideration of the love & affection aforesaid Donated, granted, conveyed & confirmed and by these presents do donate grant, convey & confirmed unto my son Wesley Rish in his own name an undivided one (1/6) sixth and as Trustee for my other children whose names are hereinbefore mentioned an undivided five (5/6) interest in & to all the property hereinafter named to wit: Lot & parcels of land situated lying & being in the 5th dist of originally Early now Clay county known & described in the plat & place of said district as lots number -- -- [not listed] containing 470 acres more or less, also that part of Lot number - [not listed] in the 4th dist of Calhoun county, the same being the West half or western part of said lot & containing 117 acres more or less, also all my personal property of every name & kind consisting of live stock, one 2 Horse wagon, one Buggy, all Household & Kitchen furniture & ___ [?] in action. To have & to hold unto him the said Wesley Rish an undivided 1/6th interest therein in his own name and an undivided 5/6th interest Therein as Trustee for the parties hereinbefore named, but all of which said property is to be held used & managed in trust for me the said Adam Rish for & during my natural life and after my death for my said children hereinbefore named Share & Share alike, all of said property-herein conveyed & the right & title thereto shall vest in the said Wesley Rish in the capacities aforesaid 7 for the purpose aforesaid from the delivery of this deed. And it is further understood 7 agreed that the said Wesley Rish as said Trustee may at any time either at & by private or public sale as in his Judgement may seem best shall barter, Exchange, or sell any or all of the property herein conveyed holding using all the proceeds arising-Therefrom for the benefit & for distribution among all the beneficiaries hereinbefore named share & share alike & without any order from any court or courts whatever. The Granddaughter Lemmie Rish named in the deed was d/o Adam's deceased son Lemuel E Rish who died in 1872 leaving one child.]
