State of Georgia --- Clay County. By virtue of an order from the court of ordinary of said county will be sold at public outcry, on the first Tuesday in January, 1911, at the court house door in said county between the legal hours of sale the following lands: One house and lot in the town of Bluffton bounded as follows: On the north side by lands of Lura C Haisten, east by lands of G M Bell, on the south by lands of W B Hattaway, and on the west by Cuthbert and Blakely road, containing four and one-half acres more or less. Also 1/5 undivided interest in and to the following described land: All that part of lot land number thirty-six in the fifth district of said county which lies east of a branch known as Parker branch, and twenty-five acres of land in the northwest corner of lot of land number five and the southwest corner of lot of land number four in the fifth district of said county, said twenty-five acres being more fully described in a deed from Adam Rish to J S Parker and recorded in book of deeds E page 274 in the office of the clerk of the Superior court of said county.
