To have and to hold the said Lands with all the rights and members and appertainances to the Benefit of a School House in Fee Simple and the said A S Mills the said Land sunto the said Trustees and their successors will forever warrant and defend the rights and title of the above described lands against himself, heirs, executors and all other persons claiming, in witness whereof the said A S Mills hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written.
