J. Jones, A. A. Jones, Mrs. Mollie Brown, heirs of Seaborn Jones, deceased, late of the county of Clay & State of Georgia of the first part, & Mrs. Julia D. Sutton, of the county of Clay & State of Georgia, of the second part Witnesseth that the said Mrs. Julia Jones, Mrs. Sarah Jones, A. A. Jones, A. J. Jones, & Mrs. Mollie Brown, heirs as aforesaid, for & in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars, in hand paid, at & before the sealing & delivery of these presents the receipt is hereby acknowledged has granted, bargained, sold & conveyed, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell & convey unto the said Mrs. Julia D. Sutton, her heirs & assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situated, lying & being in 7th District of Clay county Georgia, being One hundred & fifty acres off the West side of lot Two Hundred & thirty (230): bounded as follows- East by balance of same lot, owned by Martin Runel? [or Russel?], South by the Swift Place; North, by lands belonging to Estate of Daniel Peterson?; West, by L. Culbreth land. To have & to hold, the said bargained premises with all singular the rights, members & appurtenances thereof to the same being & belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit & behoof of her, the said Mrs. Julia D. Sutton, heirs, executors, administrators & assigns, in fee simple. And the said Mrs. Julia Jones, Mrs. Sarah Jenkins, A. J. Jones, A. A. Jones, Mrs. Mollie Brown, heirs as aforesaid, heirs, executors, and administrators, the said premises unto the said Mrs. Julia D. Sutton, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns against the said Mrs. Julia Jones, Mrs. Sarah Jenkins, A. J. Jones, A. A. Jones, & Mrs. Mollie Brown their heirs, executors, administrators & all & every other person or persons, whatsoever, shall & will warrant & forever defend, by virtue of these presents. In witness whereof the said Mrs. Julia Jones, Mrs. Sarah Jenkins, A. J. Jones, A. A. Jones, & Mrs. Mollie Brown, have hereunto set their hand & affixed their seal, the day & year fist above written.
