ORLANDO SENTINEL
VERA MAE BRYANT ADAMS, 70, 2805 Lake Sunset Drive, Orlando, died Wednesday. 
Born in Fort Gaines, Ga., she moved to Orlando from there in 1923. She was a 
retired dressmaker. She was a Methodist. She was a member of Mount Olive AME 
Church, Orlando. She was a member of the Orange Blossom Association of Retired 
Citizens, Daisy Chapter 158 Order of the Eastern Star, Young Women of Allen, 
the Women's Bible Class Club and the Moderneer's Club Inc., Orlando. 
Survivors: husband, Thomas; daughter, Vera Anne Dawkins, New York City; 
brothers, Robert Bryant, Jamaica, N.Y., Arthur C., Orlando; sisters, Ann 
Bennett, Savannah, Ga., Jacqueline Perkins, Orlando.
