THE ADVERTISER, FT. GAINES, MAY 17 1889
MRS. DOBBINS, MOTHER OF DR. W.O. DOBBINS, DIED AT THE RESIDENCE OF HER SON IN 
THIS  AT 3 OCLOCK LAST SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

MRS. DOBBINS HAD PASSED THE ALLOTTED TIME BEING IN HER 76TH YEAR.  HER DEATH 
WAS NOT UNEXPECTED THOUGH NONE THE LESS SAD AS SHE HAD BEEN IN VERY FEEBLE 
HEALTH FOR SOME TIME AND ENDED A LIFE FULL OF USEFULNESS, CONSISTENT VIRTUES 
AND BENEVOLENCE.  THE BEREAVED RELATIVES ARE TENDERED OUR SINCERE SYMPATHY.
