It was that of Mr. Jno. Jones, son of Mr. E. S. Jones, a very prominent farmer of near Bluffton. Mr. Jones was a young man and by trade a telegraph operator, holding a very lucrative position in South Carolina. He was a young man of about 27 or 28 years and had never married. The cause of his death was consumption. The remains were interred in the Bluffton cemetery on Monday afternoon."
